Kayfabe Kings is not a memorabilia dealer, collectibles marketplace, or authentication service. Items are not graded, authenticated, or guaranteed to have resale or collector value.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site or purchase a subscription.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Kayfabe Kings operates on a recurring monthly subscription basis.

By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the stated monthly rate until canceled.

Subscription charges occur on a recurring billing cycle as disclosed at checkout.

Pricing is subject to change with notice.

5. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Each monthly drop is sourced and assembled after the subscription period closes.

Because of this:

Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once processing begins.

All subscription boxes are mystery boxes; contents are not disclosed in advance.

Items may vary month to month and between subscribers.

6. Condition of Items & Wear

Some items may show signs of wear, age, or character, consistent with the nostalgic and experiential nature of the product.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

Items are provided “as-is”

Wear, cosmetic imperfections, or aging are not considered defects

Condition may vary and is part of the experience

7. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the custom, mystery-based, and post-subscription sourcing nature of the product:

All sales are final

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once fulfillment begins

We do not offer refunds for personal preference, perceived value, or expectations

If an item arrives materially damaged in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation. Resolution, if any, is at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and branding—is the property of Kayfabe Kings or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

9. User-Generated Content & Promotions

Subscribers may optionally submit videos, promos, images, or other content through Kayfabe Kings or affiliated third-party platforms, including PromoWars.

By submitting content, you grant:

Kayfabe Kings and affiliated third-party platforms a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display such content

Permission for use in marketing, promotional, and commercial materials

PromoWars is operated by a third party and maintains its own ownership, rules, and policies. Content submitted through PromoWars may be used by both PromoWars and Kayfabe Kings.

10. Third-Party Services

The Site may integrate with third-party services (including payment processors, subscription tools, email platforms, or promotional platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayfabe Kings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or subscription products.
