1. Subscription Shipping Schedule

Kayfabe Kings operates on a monthly subscription model. Each monthly drop is sourced and assembled after the subscription period closes.
Because of this process:
Orders are not shipped immediately upon purchase
Shipping timelines vary by month
Estimated fulfillment timelines are communicated when available
Most orders ship within 2–4 weeks after the subscription window closes, though timing may vary depending on sourcing, assembly, and volume.

2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email
Tracking information will be provided when available
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear once a label is created.

3. Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or included in the subscription price where stated.
We ship using standard domestic carriers. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Kayfabe Kings is not responsible for:
Packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Delays or losses caused by address errors provided at checkout
If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

5. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Fees imposed by their country
Kayfabe Kings is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives materially damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Photos of the damage
Packaging condition
Resolutions, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Kayfabe Kings is not responsible for:
Normal wear or aging of items
Minor cosmetic imperfections
Delays caused by carriers once a package is in transit

7. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the mystery-box nature of the subscription and the fact that items are sourced and assembled after subscriptions close, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

8. Delivery Timing Disclaimer

Delivery dates are estimates only. Kayfabe Kings is not liable for delays caused by:
Carrier disruptions
Weather
Supply chain delays
High-volume fulfillment periods
